Luxurious Afternoon Tea at Leeds Castle

Leeds Castle’s new and exclusive Afternoon Tea experience is served in the elegant Castle Dining Room overlooking the Castle moat. A wide variety of tempting sandwiches will be served including smoked salmon with avocado mayonnaise, and roasted vegetables with cream cheese aioli. Guests can also indulge in a selection of sweet delectable delights; from chocolate macaroons to classic home-made scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam.The Castle Dining Room is a truly idyllic space for a luxurious Afternoon Tea. First transformed into a formal dining room in 1938 by Stephane Boudin, the room was regularly used by Lady Baillie for entertaining her many weekend guests. And now you too can experience the Dining Room in the same way; surrounded by beautiful tapestry and delicate porcelain whilst the sun streams through the long, French windows. Guests can enjoy unlimited tea and coffee as part of our Afternoon Tea package, or treat themselves to a glass of prosecco.
